The “Open Forum” used to be called the “Noon Meeting.” It used to be held each month with senior management and employees.

Former CEO Rick Priory held Noon Meetings. New CEO Paul Anderson changed it to the Open Forum. The Open Forum is vastly superior to the Noon Meeting for obvious reasons. Jim Rogers kept the Open Forum, but they are now few and far between.
